Reward Rules
- 1 pts/$100 1x on rent payments
- 2 pts/$100 2x on travel
- 3 pts/$100 3x on dining (1st of the month: 6x)
- 1 pts/$100 1x everywhere else (1st of the month: 2x)
Exclusions
- Rent payments require using the Bilt Rent Account and ACH routing — not a standard card transaction.
- 1st-of-month double points (Rent Day) not modeled in base rates.
- Minimum 5 transactions per statement cycle required to earn points.
- Transfer partners include Hyatt, American Airlines, United, and others — highest value among no-fee cards.
